All pickups are made to order in Alberta, Canada. Processing times typically range from 2-10 business days depending on workload and customization.
Orders are shipped using tracked shipping services within Canada and internationally where available. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Returns & refunds
Due to every pickup being handwound and made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind or subjective preference. If your pickup arrives damaged or there is a confirmed manufacturing or production issue, we will repair, replace, or refund the item after review.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Privacy policy
Northern Winds Pickups collects customer information only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required to complete payment processing or shipping.
Payment information is handled securely through our payment processor and is not stored by us.
